湘潭大學(xué)圖書情報(bào)與檔案管理一級(jí)學(xué)科是國內(nèi)創(chuàng)辦較早、建制完整、湖南省唯一的、特色鮮明的圖書情報(bào)與檔案管理一級(jí)學(xué)科點(diǎn)。
學(xué)科創(chuàng)建于1980年，1998年獲得圖書館學(xué)碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)，2010年獲批圖書情報(bào)與檔案管理一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)，2011年獲批湖南省“十二五”重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，2014年獲圖書情報(bào)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位授予權(quán)，2018年獲圖書情報(bào)與檔案管理一級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)。擁有湖南省普通高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地“信息資源管理與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究基地”、湖南省社會(huì)科學(xué)普及基地“公共信息資源管理與開發(fā)利用科普基地”和中央財(cái)政支持地方高校發(fā)展專項(xiàng)資金教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)“信息資源管理與數(shù)據(jù)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)中心”。
團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人為何振教授，學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)共有專職教師47名，其中，教授16名，副教授18名，具有博士學(xué)位的教師32名。近年來，主持國家級(jí)項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目100余項(xiàng)，出版著作20部，10余項(xiàng)成果獲省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。學(xué)術(shù)隊(duì)伍中有教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才計(jì)劃專家2名，教育部本科教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)委員2名，國家第二批“百千萬知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)人才工程”百名高層次人才1名，霍英東基金青年教師獎(jiǎng)獲得者1名，寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng)獲得者1人，湖南省優(yōu)秀青年社會(huì)科學(xué)專家1名，湖湘青年英才1名，湖南省青年社會(huì)科學(xué)“百人工程”專家2名，湖南省新世紀(jì)“121人才工程”人選3名，省級(jí)青年骨干教師及培養(yǎng)對(duì)象8名。
An Introduction to the Library, Information and Archival Management Research Team of Xiangtan University
The first level discipline of library, information and archival management in Xiangtan University was founded earlier in China, especially in Hunan Province, which has a complete and integrate organization with distinct characteristic.
The discipline was founded in 1980 and has the right to confer the master's degree in library science from 1998 and the master's degree in the first level subject of library, information, and archive management was approved from 2010. Then in 2011, it was awarded as the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" key discipline in Hunan Province. From 2014, it has the master's degree authorization of Master of Library and Information Studies and the first level discipline of library, information, and archival management became the doctorate authorization level discipline in 2018.It has the "Information Resource Management and Intellectual Property Research Base" that is the key philosophy and social sciences research base of regular institutions of higher education in Hunan province, Hunan science and technology popularization base "Public Information Resources Management and Development and Utilization Science Popularization Base" ,and the central financial support experimental funding platform for local colleges development "Information Resource Management and Data Engineering Experiment Center".
He Zhen is the discipline principal. The discipline team has 47 full-time teachers, including 16 professors, 18 associate professors, among them 32 teachers with doctoral degrees. In recent years, the discipline team presided over more than 30 national-level projects and 100 provincial-level projects and published 20 books, in which more than 10 achievements were awarded by the provincial or ministerial level. The whole academic team consists of 2 experts from the Ministry of Education of the New Century Excellent Talents Program and 2 members from the Ministry of Education of the Undergraduate Teaching Steering Committee, one was awarded the second batch of one hundred high-level talents of “100 Million Intellectual Property Talents Project” prize, one was awarded the Huo Yingdong Fund for Young Teachers prize, one was awarded BaoGang Outstanding Teacher prize, one was the outstanding social science expert of Hunan Province, one was awarded “Hu Xiang Youth Talents” prize, 2 members were young experts from Hunan Provincial Social Science “100 scholars Project”, 3 members were the candidates of “121 Talent Project of Hunan Province ”, 8 persons were the young key teachers of Hunan province .
