主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
Gary Tian（田鋼）教授是澳大利亞臥龍崗大學(xué)金融系講座教授和中國(guó)商務(wù)研究中心創(chuàng)始人和主任。同時(shí)擔(dān)任亞洲財(cái)務(wù)學(xué)會(huì)理事會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)。他獲得了今年澳洲金融領(lǐng)域中唯一的國(guó)家級(jí)Australian Research Council (ARC)提供的大型發(fā)現(xiàn)研究資助。田教授的研究興趣包括公司治理與高管薪酬、政治聯(lián)系、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)與中國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)等領(lǐng)域。近5年內(nèi)，其二十余篇論文發(fā)在SSCI金融財(cái)務(wù)雜志，其中Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, China Economic Review, Pacific Basin Finance Journal，Accounting and Finance, Corporate Governance: An International Review等期刊。2011年獲Financial Management Association最佳論文獎(jiǎng)。
